Location was near the softball field.
Air conditioner didn't work correctly, no remote for tv, towel rack was broken, bath tub drain plug was missing but stud was sticking up, no blow dryer in bathroom, "non-smoking" room was provided because they opened the window to the room before we arrived to allow it to air out, the free breakfast consisted of watered down coffee/sunny d/honeybun/powered doughnuts. Never stay here again!
Close to imterstate
Huge Room. Very nice for the money. It was easy to find the property and it is close to shopping and restaurants.
The television remote was missing and when I got one from the front desk, it did not operate the t.v. The issue was not resolved until the next morning after several complaints. Staff even told me to climb onto a chair to program the remote -- I am disabled. One of the staff persons walked into my room while I was in the shower. She looked at me as if I'd done something wrong and left without saying a word. It was only after I went looking for the manager to complain that she apologized.
Nothing at alk
Manager was rude hotel was disgusting
Access to the rooms and parking were good.
The air conditioner needs to be checked as regardless of the temperature setting, the room never cooled down. Made for a restless nights sleep.
Location was good and presentation of structure was a nice, soft antique pastel blue.
Preaentation of breakfast was scattered with vending machine rolls and danishes- honeybun. Juice looked like the oversweetened sunny delight instead of orange juice. The first room I was given felt and looked dated with a stench, but when I complained I got a room on the first floor that was 100 % better. My advice is don't prebook an economy hotel because you will not get your money back if you are not pleased. It's about the dollar and customer satisfaction is third on the list. Profit at any cost it seems. I wish people still cared about making people happy even though they could only afford less, but still spending hard earned money. It's really true in this era you get what you pay for- the best is at a hefty price. As the queen of customer service I want to give my best to anyone that's a patron of the establishment that I'm connected with
Bedbugs... Is there anymore to say. Room stunk of smoke and staff was rude.
